I have worked with Julio Schwingel and Fast Comet Delivery for the past three years.  At a South Kihei Condominium property, we renovated 15-16 rooms a year, plus in 2016 we had 33 containers of new furniture to be installed in our unit’s.  Julio and his professional staff did the impossible. They first removed all the old furniture, installed the new furniture and then when it came time to renovate each condo, they removed the newly installed furniture. When each renovation was completed they brought back the furniture and reinstalled everything.

His crew is courteous and very knowledgeable about how to maneuver odd or large pieces of furniture through door openings.  More importantly, Julio works well with his clients and can be very flexible when changes occur.  The team is rarely late and they go the extra mile for the clients.

I have been the owner of two retail furniture stores and have done commercial and residential deliveries and installations with Julio and Fast Comet for ten years.

We all have our own idea of what exceptional service is.  My idea of exceptional service is having a delivery and installation company who takes great care to make sure the details are covered. This allows the delivery and installation to go so much smoother and save time and money.

Fast Comet offers exceptional service with every delivery and installation.  This includes looking at the product to be delivered and offering a good idea of time and estimate of cost.  With a large installation this sometimes warrants inspection of the delivery site and checking to see if the building is accessible to receive the delivery.

Fast Comet also understands scheduling and planning. Once the delivery occurs, they take great care to make sure the items are uncrated and installed with attention to detail, and without damage to the product or surrounding area.  Crating and packing materials are always picked-up for proper disposal, and the site is left in perfect condition.

I recently completed a 76-unit condominium installation with Fast Comet, and everything went smoothly.  I am thankful I have the ability to work with Fast Comet as part of my team.  Using Fast Comet has always been a positive experience.
